At A2B, our mission is to bridge the gap between struggle and opportunity for at-risk demographics by helping get them back into the workforce. We provide a helping hand to those facing homelessness, reentering society from incarceration, domestic violence victims, those aging out of foster care, and anyone else needing help—offering meals, job support, resume building, and personal development. Together, we empower individuals to take charge of their future and walk toward a better tomorrow.

Resume Building
Creating a resume can be challenging, and often the hardest part is knowing where to begin. A2B supports individuals by teaching what a strong resume should include, how to build one effectively, and what resources are available to help them succeed.
Interview Preparation
Being physically and mentally prepared for an interview is key to making a strong, lasting impression. A2B helps individuals get interview-ready by providing professional attire and coaching them on how to confidently answer interview questions—including those tough, uncomfortable ones that are often hard to address.
Connecting Resources
Northern Nevada is home to many outstanding nonprofits, and A2B strives to be a hub of connection and support. While we may not be able to meet every need directly, we are committed to guiding, educating, and connecting at-risk individuals with other local organizations that can provide the help they need during difficult times.
